Patrick helps athletes train hard, stay healthy, and perform without recurring injury. With a particular interest in working with those who have tried physio or strength coaching before and still keep getting sidelined.
With experience across both clinical rehabilitation and strength sport performance, Patrick combines physiotherapy principles with smart, sustainable strength training that works in real training environments and not just rehab settings.
His work focuses on athletes who:
Are stuck in cycles of pain or failed rehab
Struggle to return to consistent training
Want to compete but keep breaking down along the way
Patrick’s approach builds strength as a foundation for resilience, helping athletes keep showing up, progressing, and competing over the long term.
As an elite-level powerlifter with National and World records, Patrick understands firsthand the demands of strength sport and what it takes to train hard without repeatedly getting injured.
Outside of work, Patrick enjoys cycling, hiking, and adventuring with his two teenage sons.
