Performance Physiotherapy Session
$150 | In-person only

Includes:
60-minute one-to-one physiotherapy session
Movement and injury screening where appropriate
Technique review and exercise selection
Load and movement progressions or regressions
A clear plan for ongoing rehab and training
This session suits athletes who want clarity and structure, without committing to ongoing coaching.
Weekly Rehab & Performance Coaching
$99 per week

Athletes who want ongoing support across rehabilitation, strength, and training progression.
Includes:
Personalised physiotherapy-informed strength program
Weekly email check-in
Weekly video feedback and movement review
Ongoing injury management and mobility work
Weekly Telehealth call
This option suits athletes returning to regular training who want consistent oversight and adjustment.
Monthly Rehab & Performance Coaching
$39 per week
