Performance Coaching Session – $150 (In-person only)

Best for: Quick troubleshooting or focused help on a specific issue

Includes:

  • 60-minute 1:1 coaching at AAC, Findon

  • Movement assessment if needed

  • Technique refinement + exercise modifications

  • Advice on progressions/regressions

  • Takeaway action plan

Complete Online Coaching – $75/week

Best for: Athletes wanting full support with training, rehab, and ongoing progression
Includes:

  • Personalised program

  • Weekly email check-in

  • Weekly video feedback & form review

  • Injury management + mobility work

  • Monthly coaching call for program review

  • Messaging support

Self-Guided Program – $150/month

Best for: Independent athletes needing expert programming but less interaction

Includes:

  • Monthly personalised program

  • Injury management + mobility work

  • Monthly feedback via email

  • Monthly coaching call for program review
